Visiting the website
When you access this website, technically necessary connection data is processed, including your IP address, the time of access, the requested address and browser information. This serves the provision, security and troubleshooting of the website on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical logs are retained only for as long as required for operation and troubleshooting.
Enquiries
When you contact us, we process the topic, your name, email address, message and any telephone number you voluntarily provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Mandatory fields are necessary to process your enquiry. Information is deleted after the matter has been concluded unless retention obligations or legitimate interests in retaining evidence apply.
Newsletter
Subscription is voluntary and based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We store your email address, confirmation status and records of consent, confirmation and unsubscription. An address is enabled for newsletters only after confirmation. The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours. You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect using the unsubscribe link. Unsubscribed status prevents further mailings. Necessary records of consent may be retained to defend against claims.
Visitor statistics
We use our own visitor statistics without external analytics providers. Page views, times of access, broad device and browser categories and visit duration are recorded. The IP address is processed to create a pseudonymous identifier that changes daily. The statistics do not store the full IP address, the complete browser string or search parameters. Aggregated daily values are retained for 90 days. Individual visits are grouped within a 30-minute window. No analytics cookies are set for this purpose. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Signed-in administrative users are excluded. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our offering under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object to this collection through your browser’s privacy settings.
Functional storage
A session with a technically necessary cookie is used for forms and protected access. If you select a light or dark appearance, your browser stores that choice. This storage serves the function you requested under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. You can reset the stored preference by deleting this website’s data.
Google Maps
On our contact page, you can load a Google Maps map to find our location. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is loaded only after you select “Load Google Maps”. Before that, this embed makes no connection to Google.
When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and technical browser and device information. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers. If you are signed in to Google, data may be associated with your account. Processing may also take place on servers outside the EU, particularly in the United States. Information about processing, retention and transfer safeguards is available in Google’s privacy policy.
The embed is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where Google stores information on your device or accesses it, this is based on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG. Selecting “Disable map” removes the embed and stops further map requests on this page. Your choice is not stored permanently. The map is disabled again when you reload the page. Data already transmitted is not undone by disabling the map. “Get directions to AZ” opens Google Maps directly as an external service.

Access is granted to people involved in processing enquiries and operating the website.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.
